Why should you have a home inspection?
A home inspection will provide you with information you may not be able to discover on your own. Purchasing a home is the biggest investmentof most peoples lives. An unbiased home inspection is the way to learn the condition of the home you are not familiar with and advise you not only on the condition of your home, but can give you confidence that the choice you have made is the right one. An inspector can provide you information on the operation and maintenance of major systems of the home
What should I expect an inspector to check during an inspection?
Exterior:
Structure, roof, gutters, flashing, siding, foundation, patio/decks, and garage; drainage and retaining walls if applicable.
Utilities: Electrical service (electric panel, outlets, fixtures and switches), Plumbing service (visible piping, faucets, fixtures and water pressure), Water heater, and Heating System.
